Troubleshoot - Docking station not charging my Limbix

First of all, verify this is an issue with the docking station or the devices themselves.

  1. If you have a Pico Goblin headset, you will need 2 micro USB cables to charge your devices.

Once you have the correct cables, please, try charging your devices with a USB power adapter. Before connecting the devices, make sure that the output voltage is below 5V and output current is below 2.1A (these features are usually printed on the adapter itself).

LED Indicators

  1. Tablet: After plugging the tablet to the USB adapter, the top LED light should turn on and display a red (battery charging) or a green (battery fully charged) light.
  2. Headset: After plugging the headset to the USB adapter, the top LED should turn on and display a red (battery very low), yellow (battery below 50%), blue (battery above 50%) or green (battery fully charged) light.

If no light is turned on, please, contact support. If the lights in both devices are turned on when they’re plugged, follow the next steps.

  1. Unplug the docking station.
  2. Pull the bottom foam until detached. Be careful not to pull the cables with the foam.
  3. Unplug and plug again the internal transformer and the charging cables.
  4. Without putting the foam, plug the docking station and try to charge the devices again
    1. If none of them charge, replace the cables with the ones used previously to charge the devices externally.
      1. If this does not work, the internal USB power adapter needs to be replaced.
      2. If the devices charge, keep the external connected inside the docking, throw the original cables away and put the foam again. Pass the headset cable by the central hole and the tablet cable by the tablet side hole.
    2. If just one of the devices charges, replace the non working cable with one of the ones previously used to charge the devices externally.
      1. If this does not work, the internal USB power adapter needs to be replaced.
      2. If the devices charge, keep the external cable connected inside the docking, throw the original cable away and place the foam back in again. Pass the headset cable by the central hole and the tablet cable by the tablet side hole.
    3. If both devices charge, you can place the foam back in again. Pass the headset cable by the central hole and the tablet cable by the tablet side hole.
